SMS Terms & Conditions

Odyssey Lab LLC (“Odyssey Lab,” “we,” or “us”) operates an internal, non-marketing SMS alert program used solely to notify Odyssey Lab’s own account holder of operational issues detected in the advertising accounts Odyssey Lab manages for its clients, for example a conversion-tracking break, a budget-pacing issue, or a cost-per-acquisition spike.

Program scope

This program has a single, pre-authorized recipient: the Odyssey Lab account holder, who personally configured his own mobile number to receive these alerts. This is not a consumer-facing or marketing messaging program, and no third-party phone numbers are collected, stored, or messaged through it.

Message frequency

Messages are sent only when the monitoring system detects an issue requiring attention. Frequency varies and is not a fixed recurring schedule. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out

Reply “STOP” at any time to stop receiving messages.
